Research Interests
We are interested in transcription factors, especially the complexes related to transcription elongation. These factors interact with polymerase and/or mRNA and regulate elongation. We study the functions and structures of these proteins and complexes by biochemstry and crystallographic method.
We are interested in proteins and complexes invloved in vesicular transport process;
We are also interested in the functions and structures of snake venom proteins that interact with .
